At ELSAH we make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so in accordance with the policy below and with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Order Cancellation and Refunds<\/b><\/p>\n

An order may be cancelled and a refund issued in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, less cancellation fees where permitted by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

A refund will be issued only after the item has been returned to us and found to meet the return conditions set out below.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Conditions for Returning an Item<\/b><\/p>\n

In order for us to approve a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • It has not been used in any way.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • It has not been worn, inserted into a piercing or come into contact with the body.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • It is completely new.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • It is returned in its original packaging.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • All seals, labels and accompanying accessories remain intact.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The item has not been damaged or defaced in any way.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/span><\/p>\n

    Piercing Jewellery and Earrings<\/b><\/p>\n

    For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Earrings that have been worn.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Piercing jewellery that has been inserted into the body.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Items opened in a way that compromises their sterility or hygiene.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Items where there is reasonable concern that they have been used.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Once the packaging has been opened or the item has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or any other case required by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The company reserves the right to refuse a returned item if there is reasonable concern that it has been used, worn, inserted into the body, opened in a way that compromises hygiene, or if its condition does not allow it to be resold as new.<\/b><\/p>\n

      <\/span><\/p>\n

      Exchanges<\/b><\/p>\n

      An unused item may be exchanged, subject to meeting the return conditions and to stock availability.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Where there is a difference in price:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • If the new item costs more \u2014 the customer pays the difference.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • If the new item costs less \u2014 the difference will be issued at the company’s discretion, either to the original payment method or as store credit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        <\/span><\/p>\n

        Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/b><\/p>\n

        If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty due to manufacturing, or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

        After reviewing the case, we will, at our discretion:<\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Replace the item.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Repair the item.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Or issue a full refund.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          <\/span><\/p>\n

          How to Return an Item<\/b><\/p>\n

          Please contact customer service before sending an item back.<\/span><\/p>\n

          The return must be carried out according to the instructions provided by customer service.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defect in the item, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Refunds<\/b><\/p>\n
